The system of “lift-up” sliding windows from Patio Life with wood lightly as a feather can move heavy terrace doors with a wing weight of up to 400 kg on a running rail up to 6.5 m long. The innovative idea is that instead of the whole wing, only the horizontal gaskets – after setting the handle to the right position.
This unique solution meets the requirements of the European standard DIN EN 13126-16, regarding lifting and sliding hardware, and in terms of handling comfort, it definitely exceeds competitive solutions. It meets the preferences of customers, using more and more large windows, and market trends also in individual housing. Care instructions for carpentry
To ensure long-term high quality of new windows, they should be regularly cleaned and cared for with a care kit. In this way, the intervals between renovation windows are prolonged. This is possible thanks to the care kit consisting of a special cleaning agent and care milk.

Microcracks, scratches and small damages are very easily created, for example, by hitting the hail. Water penetrates these microcracks, which can cause blue stain. To prevent this, fill the cavities. A nursing milk is used for this purpose – an environmentally friendly and quick-drying product.
The water flows down with droplets over the surface covered with milk without penetrating into the wood structure. The special cleaning agent cleans deeply into the pores of the wood, dries out without traces and is water-soluble.
Regardless of whether the windows have been covered with varnish or glaze, this set refreshes their color and gives a new shine. With regular use of the care kit, the intervals between renovation windows or doors are extended, thus extending their durability.

The task of the window is to protect the interior of the room from adverse weather conditions (rain, wind, ambient temperature), noise, dust. The water that flows from the window during the rain stays on the bottom part of the window frame for the longest time causing an accelerated destruction of the window. In order to drain water out of the window outline and prevent it from penetrating into the interior, aluminum gutter drips are used. The drip caps used by our company can be divided into two subgroups:

• drip caps made entirely of aluminum,
• drip caps, in which part of the aluminum was replaced with plastic (so-called termookapniki), which were created to eliminate the occasional problem of freezing the window seal to the drip edge,
• glazing beads mounted on the lower outer part of the window sash provide effective protection of the window part exposed to weather conditions. After this part of the window flows all the water retained by the glass, while in extreme conditions, this element is exposed to high temperature and UV radiation, which results in cracking and peeling of the varnish coating. Summing up, it can be concluded that the durability of this element significantly determines the lifetime of the entire window

Diffusers – ventilation

EMM – hygrostered diffusers. The air flow is dependent on the content of water vapor (relative humidity) inside the room. The control sensor is a polyamide strip, which under the influence of changes in relative humidity in the air changes its length, which causes greater or lesser opening of the throttle, and thus bringing a larger or smaller stream of air into the room. The diffusers operate in the range of 35 to 70% relative humidity. If the room humidity is less than or equal to 35%, the diffuser is closed and the minimum air flow is supplied to the room. With increasing humidity, the diffuser opens and at 70% or more it achieves maximum efficiency. The diffusers are designed so that the outside air does not come into direct contact with the sensor. Thanks to this, the conditions in the rooms are analyzed, not outside.

Electronic guard in the windows – alarm detectors

MVS – wired control system for opening and closing the window.
When the magnetic field is interrupted, eg when the window is opened, when the alarm is armed, hidden under the leaf’s sash, the sensor sends a signal to the alarm control panel. Connecting the sensor to the alarm system usually effectively deters burglars. This sensor is available in all the most important security classes.
